Benjamin Chambers
Hi! My name is Ben Chambers. I was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, where I graduated from Joliet Central High School. I continued my education at Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin, earning a degree in Physical Education and Health. While at Ripon, I began my coaching career and quickly discovered my passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals. After my first season coaching at the collegiate level, I expanded my experience by coaching at the local high school while also leading the school’s strength and conditioning program. Working with athletes of all ages and abilities reinforced my belief that consistency, accountability, and individualized coaching are the keys to long-term success. Whether I’m coaching competitive athletes or individuals looking to improve their overall health, my goal is to create a supportive environment where people can build confidence, develop healthy habits, and achieve results they can be proud of. I believe fitness is about more than physical strength; it’s about improving quality of life and helping people become the best version of themselves. When I am not in the Mobility Lab, you can find me swimming, gardening, trying out a new recipe, reading a new book, or working out.
